This is a custom mothers day gift with hanging hearts from a custom family tree. Each heart is personalized with the names of children, grandchildren, pets or whatever words you choose that represents your family. This is makes a wonderful Mother's Day Gift, Gift for Mom, Gift for Grandma with Grandchildren Names, Personalized Gift from Kids as a Mother's Day present.
These Custom Family Tree Signs are available in 3 different sizes, each perfect to display on a shelf, mantle, table or hang on the wall. The sizes correspond with the number of hearts you will need. Each order also includes a small wooden easel for displaying.
Each sign is made from 3 layers of 1/8" wood. The bottom layer is walnut. The middle layer is maple and includes your personalization laser engraved on each heart. If you would like to add a paw print under a pet's name, please note that in the personalization field. The top, frame layer is also walnut and includes your message personalization. You can choose the text on the frame layer from one of our stock phrases or you can select the CUSTOM option from the menu and enter any other text you would like. Simply let us know in the personalization field.
HOW TO ORDER

1. Select the size you need, based on the number of hearts / names you want engraved. (see sizes below)
2. Select the message/phrase you want on the frame from the dropdown menu or select CUSTOM to enter your own.
3. Enter the names and/or custom message in the personalization field. Please be sure to enter text exactly as you would like it engraved and double check spelling, as we will copy and paste directly from what you enter.
4. Place your order!
