Due to the nature of our made to order products, once an order has been placed we are unable to change or make cancellations to this, please ensure, prior to ordering that you have:
✔ Checked the order details including personalisation
✔ Checked for spelling mistakes and / or typos
✔ Checked the delivery address is complete and correct
✔ Checked that you are happy with all the product description details including sizes
Our process means our production team print and process orders when they arrive for work and throughout the day, due to the vast number of orders that are in our production line from our various selling platforms, it is extremely difficult for us to find an order to make changes, not only does this disrupt the print line but it also delays all other customer orders. In the unlikely event that our admin team read your message prior to production we will do our best to make changes for you however this is not guaranteed.
We get many emails requesting ‘faster’ delivery. Our processing times are set unfortunately so we are unable to rush through any orders that have already been placed. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch ahead of schedule, we can’t predict any supplier or stock issues.
We do offer a ‘Priority’ printing service that is available to all UK buyers, this ensures your order is dispatched within 7 working days**
Our priority fee is a ‘push’ fee to get your order to the front of the print line.
We only have certain slots of priority shipping available; this is to ensure it does not affect our current orders.
**Working days excludes weekends and public holidays, if you do not see this option at checkout we have disabled this due to demand.

⭐ Delivery ⭐
We dispatch products using various carriers, our main carrier is Royal Mail in which we get a daily collection, the service we use usually delivers within 2-3 days however we have known deliveries to take up to 5 days. If our priority fee is selected delivery will be upgraded to arrive within 1-2 days.
If you are purchasing from outside the UK the delivery time will vary from country to country.
On larger or bulk orders we may dispatch with a courier, if this is the case a tracking number shall be provided.
All orders will arrive on or before the 'Estimated Arrival Date' which is shown at checkout. Please remember to check the production AND delivery time BEFORE placing an order.
Whilst we are happy to ship directly to your recipient, we strongly advise not to do this with personalised products, groom kits or hampers. All personalised items are handmade and do need to be checked upon arrival in the unlikely event any errors are encountered. Groom kits and hampers are sent packed for transit and not as shown in product images so would need to be set up on arrival.

❔ I need my product before the estimated delivery date, can you make my order faster?
This is one of our most frequently asked questions, we understand that some things are left till the last minute, especially little extra touches for your wedding. However, as you can imagine we are very busy with orders, so we are unable to ‘rush’ your order unless our priority upgrade has been selected at checkout (UK customers only). Please refrain from leaving a message in the ‘notes to seller’ box asking us to dispatch sooner as by the time this message is not read until we print your order which is then too late to make changes and the order is already in production.
❔ I want to change or cancel my order, can I do this?
After our 2 hour cooling off period we are unfortunately unable to accept changes or cancellations, please be sure that you are happy with your order, personalisation and the processing time before progressing through checkout. As the majority of our orders are put into production straight away, trying to find your order in the production line not only disrupts other customers orders but it takes staff time out off other duties. Any changes to an order are at staff’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
❔ Do you ship overseas?
We ship worldwide however our priority shipping option is not available to customers who are purchasing from another country. Please ensure that you are ordering with plenty of time for your event as we are unable to accept any responsibility for delays in transit or customs.
❔ Do you have a size chart?
Our garments are made from various brands, so we do not have a generic size chart as the sizes change between brands. We usually ask for a dress size and send the correct sizing for your dress size, if you need further information on sizes, please feel free to message us. Most of our products are very accurately sized, if anything runs small or is oversized, we will state this in the product details. Please note: We are a UK based company so please ensure you check the size conversions for your country prior to ordering, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct sizes are provided.
❔ I need to send you an image for my order, how do I do this?
If you place an order via Etsy we prefer you to use the Etsy mailing system to send us images.

SHIPPING INFORMATION


Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.

Should you not be totally satisfied with your items we offer 99 day returns and exchanges service to ensure you are left as happy as possible.
